On Monday 20th of May, a Seminar for Newly Promoted Flag Officers was organized by HNDC, under the auspices of HNDGS.
At the beginning of the seminar, HNDC Commandant, Lieutenant General Athanasios Sardellis welcomed the flag Officers and congratulated them on their promotion, followed by a greeting from Director of the Diplomatic Academy.
The thematic modules of the seminar included:
a. Priorities of Greek Foreign Policy and Greece’s relations with various countries.
b. Strategic Crisis Management and Crisis Management of National issues, NATO and EU issues management, as well as media management.
c. International, humanitarian and law of war.
d. Economic matters of defence and AF.
Speakers – lecturers of the seminar included HNDGS staff officer, Directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as distinguished University Professors, that also lecture for HNDC.
More specialized briefings on relevant matters were given by the General Director of National Defence Policy and International Relation General Directororate at the Ministry of Defence and Chief of Hellenic Air Force General Staff, Chief of Staff at the Hellenic Army General Staff and Deputy Chief of Hellenic National Navy General Staff.
